The start and finish point with be the Penny Pot Cafe in Edale, S33 7ZA. This is a day aimed at beginners and more experienced map readers alike with moorland terrain allowing for basic compass use, developing timing and pacing strategy and understand map interpretation. Difficult exercises over rougher and steeper terrain may also be included if appropriate for the group.
